These White Belt Basics are SUPER important techniques. Pay close attention because if you don't start off right in any martial art whether it be Tae Kwon Do, Karate, or Judo, you will have a hard time correcting things as you progress in rank.

Listen Closely to this Basic Online Karate Video. Do as I do and remember, as you watch, my right side on the screen will be your Left. So, if you are helping younger students, please go through this with them a time or two and make them aware of this.
